The poly membrane Cold Roof Layover maintenance system is installed by encapsulating a highly elongation rated poly membrane between 2 layers of a resin rich sealant. This non-petroleum 3 tiered application dries into a monolithic form. Based on this reality it is, therefore, impervious to ponded water and if properly maintained with a quality elastomeric every 5 years, will provide a problem-free seal for a minimum of 20 years.
