THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB!
I have used Roof Coating Specialist, Inc. twice now. The first time was when we had our home’s roof re-coated for the first time. We got three estimates and RCS had the best price so we went with them. They did such a great job that it wasn’t until now (7 1/2 years later) that we needed to get it coated again. Again, I got three estimates including RCS. When I called RCS sent someone out the same day to do an estimate and I was given a copy on the spot. The other two companies took 1-2 weeks to get an estimate to me and when they finally did one company’s estimate was $500 more and the other $1300 more! In addition, the other companies only offered a two-year warranty where RCS gave me five-years. It took two mornings to prep, patch and coat my ~2500 sq. ft. roof. RCS called the Friday before they were to begin work and gave me a precise date/time they would be there. They showed up on time both days and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this locally owned roofing company.

Alan and Lindsey are so professional and are spot on. I not only had my own house done by them, they have done 5 out of 7 rentals I own and there’s never been a problem. I have recommended them to several people and they have been very pleased as well. And yes they are busy because they are good. Just get on the list and they’ll get it done.

Roof coating specialists (RCS) did our roof 5 yrs ago, w/5 yr warranty. they then contact you @5 yr
mark. We have a flat roof that was leaking until 5 yrs ago. Allen came to assess what was needed at this
point. He was great! All the guys who did the work were also great! They got it done efficiently and professionally with another 5 yr warranty. I have no doubt we’re in good hands.

The quick response and professionalism from John at Roof Coating Specialists. They did our flat roof 2 years ago and have had no problems. I asked them to revise the home and check the roof after the heavy rains because we had concerns. They arrived in less than a day and although there were no leaks, did retouch a couple spots as a preventative measure. I am beyond happy and impressed with their service!!
I found them because of all the great reviews they have, and they really deserve all the great reviews they get!!

These guys are wonderful for roofs! They originally did our polymembrane system on our roof 8 years ago and then came back last year and recoated for us. Work is excellent and warranty is great!

three other bids. All three cost less. The job with the roof coating specialist was done as scheduled with
a high quality workmanship.

We are really impressed with Roof Coating Specialist: this is clearly a very high quality company. We got three quotes for having our roof re-coated and a few areas of ponding built up and resealed. Roof Coating Specialist’s quote was the lowest by a few hundred dollars, and were also really liked Joe (the owner, who came within a couple of days of us contacting them and gave us our quote on the spot). Joe has been in the business for a long time, and it is clear that he knows what he is talking about and that he also runs a very tight ship. Not surprisingly, Joe’s workers arrived just when they said they would, were polite, friendly, and professional, completely cleaned up after themselves, and also did some extra work on a couple of other small problems that they found around our recently installed solar system for no additional charge. We are already noticing that the house is staying much cooler since they redid our roof coating — we bought the house “as is” two years ago so have no idea when the roof was last coated (probably some years ago) so we expect quite some savings on our cooling bills this summer. We also have a three year guarantee on the work that was done and couldn’t be happier with our choice.
5 YEAR LEAK FREE WARRANTY
We were given several days notice, by telephone, when to expect the work to begin. Once started, the work was completed promptly in the promised timeframe. On completion, we were given a 5 year “leak free” warranty.

Job estimator and roof workers were all extremely personable and business-like. Performed work
on time and fulfilled all items listed on estimate.
